At ArcTail Labs LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, our Return & Refund Policy outlines your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized/customized items
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Clearance or “final sale” items
- Blemish Sale items
2. Return Process
- Contact us at support@arctaillabs.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Ship the product back to the provided shipping address.
⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. This lead time does not include any potential delays from the payment processor.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- No exchanges are permitted at this time.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging, if possible. Email evidence to support@arctaillabs.com
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
