Refund & Return Policy

At ArcTail Labs LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, our Return & Refund Policy outlines your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Clearance or “final sale” items
  • Blemish Sale items

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@arctaillabs.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Ship the product back to the provided shipping address.

⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. This lead time does not include any potential delays from the payment processor.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • No exchanges are permitted at this time.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging, if possible. Email evidence to support@arctaillabs.com
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
